These terms apply only to the current Berean Command Center development preview.

Effective July 29, 2026.

This is unfinished evaluation software. Use fictional data only and do not rely on its figures or recommendations for a business decision.

Who operates the preview

Berean is operated by Hineni Group Digital LLC. Questions can be sent to mike@hinenigroup.us.

What the preview is

The preview demonstrates how a small-business command center could organize imported records, identify possible operational issues, prepare local actions, and explain calculations.

It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, payroll, or other professional advice. It does not replace your records, accountant, or source systems.

Important limitations

Only fictional or synthetic data may be used.
Figures and findings may be incomplete or incorrect.
Preview accounts and hosted records may be changed or removed.
No action is sent to a customer or outside provider.
No production service level or availability is promised.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every source record, calculation, draft, and proposed action. Do not use the preview to send messages, change books, collect money, or make operational decisions.

Before commercial use

The preview now includes authentication, tenant isolation, and private hosted persistence. Provider controls, production-grade monitoring and support, reviewed commercial privacy terms, additional security testing, and professional legal review are still required before real customer use.
